Hello ya'll, (yes, I'm Southern and I actually use that phrase)
I teach a Civics/Economics class to some local homeschoolers and they have taken the class and basically run with it. They have developed a Facebook page entitled: SC Youth for Welfare Reform. If you're interested in reforming our broken system, please feel free to visit, and "like" the page. There's also a link to their website if you'd like to check it out. They are just getting started on the website, but do have some discussion topics in place. They have sent a letter to Senator Jim DeMint and will be having a "town hall" meeting in February to garner support for their cause. I'll be sure to past more in the future!
